Ali Dowling preventing an early goal for Maynooth well done. MPP breaking through defence and scoring a goal in the 9th minute. Sophie Doheny with a good run, and then Ali with a throw in near goal that was unfortunately cleared. Grace Kennedy with a good clearance in defence. Alannah making some good saves to prevent Maynooth from growing the lead. Great control of the ball by Ali. Faye making a great run and earning a free kick which almost results in a goal. Good ball in from Ciara which Abbie controlled so well. Emma keeping possession very well in centre field. Louise with a great tackle but not good enough as MPP found the net again just one minute before half time.
Alannah with a good cross over towards goals but unfortunately the ball is lost and Maynooth sneak in another goal. Sarah Mc Namee with a super clearance. A quick throw in results in another goal for MPP(4-0). Good attempt on goals by Stephanie but just skimmed the cross bar and went wide. Sophia with an excellent shot but a good dive from Maynooth meant it was not to be. Final score 4-0 to Maynooth Post Primary
