St. Marys College 2 Vs St. Marys Glasnevin 0
Our 1st years were out today in the quarter final in the Leinster league against St. Mary’s Glasnevin. The first 20 minutes were very close with both teams playing some great football. St Mary’s Naas started off the scoring making it 1-0 with a great goal from Erin Killian. Shortly after a great effort from Hannah to try make it 2-0 but just went over the bar.

In the Second half both teams were battling hard again with a few efforts from both teams. The score remains 1-0 to Naas with not to long left. In the last few minutes St. Mary’s Naas make it 2-0 with a great cross from Erin and Hannah was in the right spot to smash it into the net! The match finished 2-0 great performance from the girls who are now through to the semi-final! Well done to all the players and coach Mr. O’Malley
