A comprehensive win for our Junior Camogie team. Grit, determination and superb execution of skills were on display in abundance in tricky wintery conditions. Alanah Prizeman, Ciara Ryan, Kate Murphy and Almha O’Rourke were in fine scoring form throughout. The midfield pairing of Róise Hennessy and Emma Williams worked tirelessly and were responsible for many of Mary’s great attacks. Defenders Dervla Hanifin, Grace Nugent and Laura Higgins cleared ball after ball. It was a superb team performance with all subs being used and making a phenomenal contribution. The team have won the group and now look forward to a semi final in the coming weeks.
