Game started off with a free followed by a great point from Rebecca Mc Dermott. Another free followed shortly after, from a great defense from Mairead O Sullivan Clavo. Rebecca Mc Dermott took the free excellently and scored a point. The ball has been kept up the Pitch for St. Mary’s in the second half, there is much better attacking play. An unbelievable goal was scored by Luli O Sullivan after a great ball in by Ciara Ryan. Within 2 minutes later Kate O Dare scored an excellent goal while being surrounded by 4 Dominican Players. The St Mary’s defenders are all playing their heart out with superb blocks from Aoife Keane and Rachel Byrne. Another point from Ciara Ryan, 15 minutes into the Second half , St Mary’s are most certainly still in the game . Ciara Ryan made a great Run for the puck out and pucked it into Rebecca McDermott who put it straight through the posts. 10 minutes left to go. A free was taken by Neasa Mc Phillips, which dropped straight into goal . Final whistle, Dominicans took the victory today with 4-11 to 4-6 to St Mary’s , a superb comeback.
