U14 Gaelic Semi-Final

Hard luck  to the under 14 Gaelic team who gave an outstanding performance despite losing out by 4 points to an outstanding Gallen CS team on Friday 13th May. The match was played in sweltering conditions in Ferbane Co Offaly. The girls led for three quarters of the match but were undone by a couple of late goals from Gallen.

Well done to the under 14 Gaelic team who had their second win in as many games over Holy Family, Newbridge in the Leinster Championship on Friday 11th March. This was a hard fought, very competitive encounter which could have gone either way,  but the girls showed great character and composure in the last ten minutes to kick the winning scores. Best players were Katelyn Hayes in goal, Lisa Shaw, Amy Loughran, Kelly Riordan, Hazel McLoughlin and Róisín Roche.
The final score was 2.08 to 2.06. Next game is against St Wolstan’s, Celbridge.

The final score was 9.10 to 2.01. The team's next game is against Holy Family Newbridge.
